PS, Just keep in mind that these are free boards, and anyone who helps here (including me) does so on their own time, and on their own nickel. If I am unable to help you within a couple of days, your best best is to either call us for support, or call QuickBooks/Peachtree directly. Either way, there is normally a charge for phone support. Note that, as of this writing, we are offering *some* free support for firs-time callers --- here's how it works:
- Call us at the number below and ask for Eric. You MUST mention that you found us via our message board here.
- The first 15 (fifteen) minutes of your first support call call will be FREE! If I have to do some research and call you back, that still counts as "the first call".
- We still need to get all of your info and credit card/payment information (VISA/MC ONLY). You will only be charged if you go over the 15 minutes ($3/min as usual unless you get a support plan), and only for the overage. Future calls will be charged at the normal rate.
