Please use the board's PM or Email function to alert me (erickei) immediately so that we can take care of it. Note that the "Report" link at the top of every page is for reporting the Forum as a whole to SetBB, not an individual abusive user.
Sage and Intuit
- While we offer free technical support (on the boards) and paid support (on the phone and in person) for Peachtree and QuickBooks software, please keep in mind that we are NOT part of either Sage Software nor of Intuit. We are a separate entity, an accounting & consulting firm based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. If you encounter anything within the programs which you believe to be an actual "bug", please report it directly to Sage or to Intuit.
Support Offers
- These boards are free to use, and are set up as user-to-user boards. No-one is paid to help out on the boards, and those of us who choose to answer questions, do so on their own time. There is no charge for using them, so we ask you to please understand in those cases where an issue comes up which might be better resolved via paid tech support (such as password removal or Data Repair).
Illegal subject matter and spam
- Please do not post anything advertising non-accounting related materials, especially those which are not appropriate for younger visitors. Anything which violates the PHPBB Message Board Terms of Service will be deleted immediately, and will result in a permanent IP ban on the offending user. For a related reason, Guest Posting is not permitted on these boards.
- To our users: If you see any such objectionable content on this site, please notify me immediately (sending me an email via the site (just click on my name to reach the appropriate screen) is generally the fastest way) and I'll take care of it as soon as possible.
