Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

I am new to peachtree and i am comparing to quickbooks and find it quite different. I am trying to find out if the payroll can be exported to something that the bank can use to do direct deposit. if this can be done please help me.

I believe Peachtree themselves offer a service which can help with this. Here's what I found in the Help file:

Peachtree Payroll Solutions: Direct Deposit Service (Overview)


Peachtree Direct Deposit gives your company the flexibility of depositing payroll funds directly into employees' designated bank accounts. The Peachtree Direct Deposit Service page in the Peachtree desktop application provides you an access point to the PeachSync wizard and the Peachtree Web Transaction Center, as well as to Peachtree's Web pages where you can learn more about direct deposit and sign up for the service. Each of these areas is described below.

To open the Peachtree Direct Deposit Service page, do the following:

From the Services menu, select Employee Direct Deposit.
The Peachtree Direct Deposit Service Overview page appears. This page gives a brief overview of the Direct Deposit Service, how it works, and pricing information. At the top of the page, there are several tabs that allow you to further explore the Direct Deposit Service. The following tabs are available on the Peachtree Direct Deposit Service page:

Learn More: Click the link on this tab to open your Web browser and display information about the Peachtree Direct Deposit service at the Peachtree Software Web site. This link requires an Internet connection. You can also point your Web browser to http://www.peachtree.com/directdeposit/.
Sign Up Now: Click the link on this tab to open your Web browser and begin the process of signing up for this online service. This link requires an Internet connection.
Subscription: Click the link on this tab to open the Direct Deposit Service Subscription page. The subscription page provides links to tools that you will use with the Direct Deposit Service. Links are provided to PeachSync and the Peachtree Web Transaction Center.
