We use Peachtree 2004 Complete

Hi ... I'd like to print some info for specific years only, and not for the complete data base ... can anyone tell me how to:

(1) print a list of the vendors we have paid for a year specific that shows the vendor name, ID, category (not sure if that's what I want), and total paid to that vendor for the year.

(2) print a list of only the vendors paid in a specific year to display name, address, contact info, tax I.D.

Open the report and go into Options, then adjust the date as needed. Note that you will only be able to pull Detail reports for the current two open years (from your current Period 1 onwards)
