Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

When I exit Peachtree 2008 the tax update strats up automatically and goes through the update process...everything looks fine - no errors - and finishes without a hitch. The problem is that it does this EVERY time on exit. It's as if Peachtree is unaware that the update has taken place. When I look at the version nimber of the tax update, it is 20080101 - which is correct.

Any one come across this...or better yet, any one come across this and found a fix?

Go to your Company folder (where your data is stored) and delete the update files in the UPDATES folder. That should take care of it.
