Can't apply SR5 to workstations

We're running Complete Accounting 2007 SR3 on an MS network. When closing the program on the workstations the SR5 update tries to install but can't, we get a message that SR5 has to be applied on the server first, even though we successfully applied the update on the server. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for yur interest. Michael

That should have worked, as long as everyone was logged out of PT when you did the install. You may need to restart the server, however.

If that doesn't work, try calling Peachtree directly (http://www.peachtree.com); sounds like a product bug to me.
