Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

Does anyone know how to close purchase orders that are in years that have closed? We can see the PO's when viewing "All Transactions" but can't close them. We have tried variousthings but nothing has worked. I think we're stuck but thought maybe someone has a solution. Thanks!

I would like to find out the same thing! I have found that the former Office Manager here never kept up with anything in PT and I am trying to clean it all up. I cannot close PO's and cannot change info from former years and save it. I can click on "close PO" but when I save it, PT tells me that the date is not from the current period.

I'm afraid you can't; it's just how PT designed their software. All that can really be done is to make sure that things like that get cleaned up before you run the year-End Wizard >_<
