Entering and Tracking Raises

How do I enter and track raises? I have tried to do this, and I do not have a track raise button, as the help option implies.

Under Employees > Edit Employees, there is a Pay Info tab. Click the Raise History button on there to track raises. Note that this section is for informational purposes only, it does NOT alter their pay rate in any way.
