Go to File > Peachtree-Maintained Tax Tables or File > User-Maintained Tax Tables and look up the taxes by the Codes used in the Payroll module to see how they're calculating. You mentioned in another post that one of your systems did not have up-to-date tax info-- that could be part of the problem; PT will not recalculate the old paychecks for you, it will only have correct numbers going forward.
Please note that you need to install the tax updates on ALL PeachTree systems regularly. As long as the Tax Service is registered on each, it will be one of the things that shows up any time you choose to Update Peachtree (in the Services menu, which only appears when you actually have a Company File open)
