Since installing the 2008 tax update on our Peachtree Complete Accounting 2006 in November 2007, we have not been able to run the Account Reconciliation feature. Peachtree will hang and eventually show a “Not Responding Error”.
Troubleshooting we performed so far:
Scanned for Viruses, Trojans, ect.
Ran Integrity Check
Ran Data Verification
Reindexed all DAT files
Ran Repair Company
Ran Peachtree Data Check (3rd Party)
Installed more RAM (1 gig)
Cleaned all Temp folders
Tried to run Account Reconciliation in Windows Safe Mode
Any suggestions?
