Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

We are trying to create an import file for our payroll, from ADP to Peachtree. We ran an export file from Peachtree, programmed the import file the same way and it will not import. The file I exported will import fine, but the one that ADP sent as the live file keeps having 18 errors. The first time, the errors were on lines 10, 65, 121, 181, 248, 301, 361- etc, I reversed the order of the spreadsheet (made it z to a) and ran it again. I again received errors (18) on lines 8, 66, 123, 188, 249, 301, 361, etc. I do not understand why my errors would be on the same or close to the same lines if the order was reversed-- the errors are not on the same people. The error is for pay field expense account- but the account that it is stopping on is working on other lines and is a valid account number. Can you shed any light on what is happening or how I can fix this?
