That's a Windows memory error, not a PT error. Chances are that either your system doesn't have enough RAM (memory), or that perhaps one of your RAM chips is starting to go bad (especially if this happens often). Basically, PT is "competing" with another Process or Application for the same memory space, which is something Windows can't really handle too well.
I suggest looking into a RAM upgrade, and consider checking the RAM itself. Google "memory diagnostics". Memtest86 is a good one, and Microsoft puts one out, as well.
