I am getting this error message

The instruction at "0x1200e6e5" referenced memory at "07c83a68e". The memory could not be "written"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the progrom


I clicked CANCEL but no success and I am not able to open the company.

That's a Windows memory error, not a PT error. Chances are that either your system doesn't have enough RAM (memory), or that perhaps one of your RAM chips is starting to go bad (especially if this happens often). Basically, PT is "competing" with another Process or Application for the same memory space, which is something Windows can't really handle too well.

I suggest looking into a RAM upgrade, and consider checking the RAM itself. Google "memory diagnostics". Memtest86 is a good one, and Microsoft puts one out, as well.

I am having the problem only with one of the company on my system.
I maintain two different company accounts and the other one is functioning normally.

In that case, I would say try and run a Repair on the affected file.

Also, see how BIG the file is. If the file is larger than the amount of available RAM you have when PT is running with no file open, the issue is what I said above: there's just no room to fit the file into memory without conflicts.

Hi, I'm receiveing this error when attempting to print a check selecting a form from the pop-up window giving the option whether to choose - use previous form used or select from the exsiting list. When I attempt to select one from the list nothing appears and two errors return -

1) There was no room to store those printer set-up parameters in the form file

2) The instruction at "0x1200e6e5" referenced memory at "07c83a68e". The memory could not be "written"

I've reinstalled PT;removed the printer, installed LJIII, rename, create new forms and everytime it crashes.

Also, what does it mean when a report or form as a red error?

Any help would be most appreciated.
