The Terminal Services thing is odd -- that should only show up if (a) you really ARE on TS, or (b) you're running Vista on at least one computer on your network (Vista is always in TS mode by default).
However, you may want to consider uninstalling .NET Framework (v 2 and earlier, including the Hotfixes), then reinstalling them from scratch using the Redistributable versions. .NET 2 is on the PT installer CD. A recent Windows update has been playing havoc with many QB and PT installations. After that, try running the Repair on PT form the install disc.

If none of that works, call us or PT for tech support, as the level of detail required to troubleshoot something like that is definitely beyond the scope of a free message board.
