The system does keep track of the last time records were *modified* (you can Filter by them; I've not used those particular Filters myself), but that will show new entries as well as any old ones which have been changed in any way within the specified time period.
The best thing I can offer is a workaround:
- Create a Custom Field and apply it to Customers. Call it something like "Date Acquired" or similar wording that tells you "this is when we first began helping this Client".
- For ALL customers (for the new ones, at least), type in a date when creating the Customer record. It will be on the Additional Info tab.
- Modify the report and include that Column on the Report. Sort by that column.
This will not eliminate the "old" names, but you can choose just to print those pages which contain names from a certain date forward by looking for the "dividing point" for those names. You can Filter for ONE specific date, but you cannot pick a range for them because Custom Fields are all considered to be "plain text" fields.
