Help needed with adding accounts to import Data process

Postby abelas on Tue Sep 16, 2008 8:33 pm

Once you have created a file to import into QuickBooks premier, how do you add the account in in the last line of the dialog box ?

I cant seem to get the accounts showing in the last line that says
"Quickbooks Account to Import into":

ALl my cash accounts are active and also the help line there ("What if my account doesn't appear in the above list ") does not seem to be working

Any assistance would be gratefully received....

Thanks.

Which version of QB? What method are you using to import

If it's IIF, I'm afraid I can only offer minimal help. Intuit themselves do not support it, and it's very poorly documented. If that's the case, I would suggest looking up Big Red Consulting, they're really good with it.
