Sorry about the lack of activity on my part for the last couple of months or so -- obligations at the job have kept me away; then there was Gustav. Ugh. We just got power back last week, and I'm currently working on the backlog here as best as I can.

PS, Just keep in mind that these are free boards, and anyone who helps here (including me) does so on their own time, and on their own nickel. If I am unable to help you within a couple of days, your best best is to either call us for support, or call QuickBooks/Peachtree directly. Either way, there is normally a charge for phone support. Note that, as of this writing, we are offering *some* free support for first-time callers --- here's how it works:

- Call us at the number below and ask for Eric. You MUST mention that you found us via our message board here.

- The first 15 (fifteen) minutes of your first support call call will be FREE! If I have to do some research and call you back, that still counts as "the first call".

- We still need to get all of your info and credit card/payment information (VISA/MC ONLY). You will only be charged if you go over the 15 minutes ($3/min as usual unless you get a support plan), and only for the overage. Future calls will be charged at the normal rate.

* This offer is good on Peachtree and QuickBooks calls for versions 2007, 2008, and 2009 ONLY. Calls for other versions will be charged at the normal rate. We support QB and PT going back to QB 2004 and PT DOS (Classic) v3, as well as "PT 2000 R6". This offer is not good for data repair or other flat fee/special charges like Conversions -- for those, you pay for the service itself, rather than for the time spent on the call.
