Please find the pic. you will see that the Fiscial Years is April 1 07 to Mar 31 08 and April 1, 08 to Mar 31 09. but the Payroll Tax year is not same as Fiscal Years.

How can i change the payroll tax year same as fiscal Year :?:

You can't, I'm afraid. The Payroll Tax year must always match the calendar year; I believe this is mandated by the IRS. You may need to check with them (http://www.irs.gov) or with your CPA for further info. Sorry.
