Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

When I open one of my customer files within the Customer Center, i am able to view all invoices and/or estimates that they may have with me. however, i can not determine which one to pull up due to the fact that the memo i have written on them is not apparent from this screen. can any1 help me out with this? also, i would like to know if any1 has an opinion on what the best book might be to learn the entire ins and outs of quickbooks. thanks
