Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

My Bank has changed names and I am not able to complete the reactivation of my online account in Quickbooks pro 2007. I was receiving a message that the account was already in use or already activated. The bank suggested that this was a Quickbooks issue and I modify the account number when reactivating as a workaround which did not work. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

You would have to ask Intuit/QuickBooks about that. It sounds like the bank's new name/location may not be in their system yet.
