I AM receive fatal error messages from QuickBooks, or notice errors on reports, invoices, bills, etc. i dont know whether i am missing transactions or items are missing off reports or lists.

What are the exact error messages? If you are getting constant crashes/errors, either there's something wrong with your data file or there's something wrong with our setup within Windows. I recommend calling in for paid tech support, either to us or to Intuit.
