Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

Hello everyone,

I am in dire need.
I have a client who operates a dental business who lost a hard drive in their laptop in which they did all of their accounting. I was able to recover the data and everything within the "peachw" folder of the program group but this is not of much use to me without being able to re-install the program.
I had attempted calling Peachtree support (now Sage) and they were also not of much assistance although they did provide the registration information for this customer. I believe that this may have been a downloaded installation from Peachtree prior to Sage taking over and they apparently no longer have the installation available.. or that is what I was led to believe.

My dilemma is.. How can I get Peechtree v8 re-installed on his computer so that we can access his data? Or is there another logical option that I am missing?
I was hoping that I could find someone with the installation of Peachtree v8 (2001) or find out another way to just get the program working again.. Please let me know if there is a workable solution.
