Good morning! I'm new here and I could surely use some help! We use Realtrac shop floor management software. It tracks our jobs from start to finish. When parts ship, a packing slip and invoice are printed. We use QB 2009 for our accounting. We are trying to integrate the two programs so that we can post the invoices to QB without having to duplicate the effort by typing the information in manually. Realtrac and QB are both set up for this. However, it's not working. For some reason when I try to post invoices to QB, the QuickBooks Invoice Integrator keeps coming up with a message that tells me that I need to have QB and the company database open, which I do. Then it continues with the following msg: "GetInvHistData Error 2147220473. The installation of Quickbooks appears to be incomplete. Please reinstall QB." It appears that Realtrac is not "seeing" the QB application. Has anyone had any experience with this? I would be a bit nervous about re-installing QB. All our financials are there and I don't know enough...I'm afraid I'd end up overwriting files! I'd appreciate any feedback anyone has. Thanks very much
