What type of account should a payment to the state for "Child Support" be set up to.

That may be a question for your CPA, as it's potentially a legal/tax issue. Laws in your state/area may affect how something like that should be classified. Most likely it's going to be an Expense account called Child Support- name or something similar.[/i]
