Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

Hi,

I have a PC running Vista Business with Quickbooks company in a shared folder QB Data, full permissions.

I'm trying to access the data from a PC running XP Pro.

I can open the company (1) time but then I must reboot Vista to gain access again. Seems like the company isn't closing correctly.

I tested using a word doc to see if I could access/change the file from XP and was successful many times without having to reboot Vista.

It doesn't appear to be a permissions/access issue.

Firewall is off on both machines.


Any Ideas?
