Having problems. I changed the layout on the Sales Reciept so that the customers' telephone number shows up on the receipt. And there is a label field and data field. But when I start up with a new receipt and put the customer's phone number in the data box, I get the message back, "206 is not on the ship to Address List". So it seems to still think that the box is for the ship to information even though I have checked to make sure it is the customer phone. In fact, if I bring up a past customer it brings up their phone number in that data box but it does not allow me to add the phone number directly into the data box. Any ideas?

PS I looked on the Additional Customization screen and noticed that Ship To was checked on the screen column. I unchecked it and suddenly my Customer Phone data and label boxes disappeared from the Sales Receipt (although they did not dissappear from the Preview box). So, I don't get it. Can I not add customer phone label and data boxes?
