Allday Consulting's Peachtree and QuickBooks Support Boards

I need help. I need a report that will show me ONLY ACTIVE Customer:Jobs with job time totals and who did how much time. I know how to get all of that.....BUT I have a few jobs that are 1-2 years old but are still open. So I have to put the date range at 1/1/06-Now. What happens though is that some jobs that are Inactive are showing up on the report.

Why is this? And what can be done? Is it a special custom report that has to be done?

You should be able to get that with Filters (Modify... > Filters tab)

Change Paid Status to Open to only get Open jobs.

Customers: Go to Modify... > Display > Advanced and change Rows to Active; this should eliminate customers who are Inactive (i.e., they do not show up on the normal Customer List unless you pick "All"). If this ends up showing you Jobs with zero balances that you do not want, add a Filter for Amount and set that to "> 0.00".

Ok, in the customization I see no 'Paid Status', only 'Billing Status' which does not have the 'Open' option.
