Problem with wizard year - End

First, I want to excuse for my English. I have a problem with Peachtree v9.0 of 2002. I am Trying to do the Year-End, but when do it, when this arrive to 26% this can't continue. I don't know why, because I do the backup before to do the Year-End and don't have any problem.

Nevertheless every time that I try to do it, I can“t Finish. If somebody can help me I going to be grateful

What you have described could be one of a number of problems, and it is not something that can be easily handled on a message board. Good Mornings and Thanks for answer me. Well I Live in Nicaragua and the problem with the Peachtree is that all the actions that I do for end year can't finish, for example I try to purge the data the last year and When do it, the process stop and don't move.

I tried to do the End Year in backup that isn't the last and the problem is the same. This problem like can't to do the process, happened after that run the End year and don't finish well because like you now when the end year is do it, we can't see data of before year, but in this case we can see that data. The result account like cost were reset to zero, but I'm not sure if all the functionalities in the company are well.

My ask is how I can do the end year if every time that I try this stop.

Should I have problem with the data.

Por favor, ten en cuenta que si se encuentra en otro pais, nosotros unicamente podemos ofrecer asistencia a aquellos usando las versiones de EUI de Peachtree dentro de los estados unidos continentales.

Esto son algunas cosas que puedes intentar:

- Actualizar Peachtree. Con cualquier archivo de la compania abierto, dirijese hacia el menu de servicios y escoja "update Peachtree." Baja cualquier update que este disponible y despues cierre Peachtree para que ellos puedan instalarse automaticamente.

- Verifique su data. Este se encuentra en el File Menu. Esto rebuscara tu data para tratar de correjir cualquier error que puedar estar previniendo que el Wizard de Year-End funcione como debe). Despues de eso, trata de correr el Wizard de Year-End de nuevo.

- Si no funcionan, trata una reparacion para correjir cualquier problema que pueda estar ocurriendo en el mismo programa de Peachtree. Inserte el CD de instalacion de Peachtree, escoja Modify, despues Repair desde el menu. Cuando termine reinicialize el sistema.

Si ninguna de esas funciona, llama a Peachtree/Sage. Disculpe que no pude ser de mas ayuda.
