Peachtree(User security problem)

When one deletes in error an administrator (user)security of a peachtree 2008 premium accounting software and can no longer gain access into his/her company's peachtree data,what should one do?

Try logging in as another Admin user (I don't think it's possible to delete the Admin user which comes pre-made with any company file -- i.e., the one actually called Admin) and see if you can re-add the user.
Password recovery may be an option; I would try restoring your last backup from before you deleted the user first, however.
