2) YOUR DATA HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED.

ANY SOLUTIONS , PURCHASED QB PRO 2009 FROM E-BAY AND HAD NO WARNINGS ABOUT U.S. OR NO U.S. CONFLICTS OF SAME SOFTWARE.

We are only allowed to support the US editions, ourselves. As far as I know, there is no *built-in* functionality which allows data transfer across different "nation" versions, but you may be able to find 3-rd party software that does the job here:

This is a site that Intuit maintains that has info about outside add-ons for QuickBooks.
