qbp01 data restored to qbp 09: p&l detail not available?
Posted: Tue Dec 09, 2008 7:50 pmFacts: I backed-up a company file qbp version2001, off a pc running the 2000 operating system. I restored the file into a newer version, qbp version2009, on a new pc running Vista as the operating system.
The only information showing in qbp version2009 are the balance sheet totals as of 2007, the last entered data. No other file data carried over from the backup, or is viewable now.
I have restored it again to qbp2009. Same result.
Is this a qbp2009 problem? Or my problem?
