peachtree 7.0 help

We just got a new computer and I now have to transfer our existing peachtree to this new computer. I have no idea how to do this, can someone please help me? I have the book and see you can export import, is this how it should be done?

(I'm used to the Windows versions, our DOS specialist is out for a bit, I'll ask her when I can)
You should be able to make a backup of the PT data from your old installation, copy that to the new system, and Restore it over there. As for PT itself, you can reinstall onto the new system using your install disks. Keep in mind that Classic should work on Windows XP Pro, but not on Vista, and is unlikely to work on systems with Internet Explorer 7 installed.
