Error: -1639 Invalid Command Line Argument.
Posted: Thu Apr 23, 2009 4:05 pmTrying to install Peachtree Accounting for Construction 2007, but am unable to finish when error stops installation. The full error reads as follows... "Error: -1639 Invalid Command Line Argument. Consult the Windows Installer SDK for detailed command line help." I have done research online for this problem, and have found many instances where others have crossed the same bridge. The link below is taken straight from the Peachtree website.

This solution has not worked for me. I have gone to the extent of removing all files from the computer and cleaning out the registry, but to no avail. If anyone has any other thoughts on how to fix the problem, I am open to any suggestions.
