Is anyone running RAID 10 on their Server running QB's Enterprise?
I'm looking for the fastest setup for 7 Terminal Service users and 2 local users.

I have not done RAID, I'm afraid. My best suggestion would have been to check the quickbooksgroup forums, but I see you already have ^_^ Searching on the term there mostly popped up people using RAID 5 or 0/1, and the QB Knowledgebase didn't turn up RAID at all.
There are a number of threads floating around there which should be helpful (especially some of those monster threads that talk about speed concerns -- try the Troubleshooting-type sections as well).
One of the rather non-intuitive ways to speed up QBES that I have seen over there is "turn off Hyperthreading". Another is to turn off/uninstall antivirus programs that do intensive real-time scanning. Norton and McAfee are two of the major culprits here.
I believe that installing QB on TS has some special considerations to take in mind; the specifics should be in the manual that came with it. Also, make SURE that all TS users exit QB gracefully and close their sessions when logging out (so they don't go to a new instance of TS with a new instance of QB and leave the old one running), and especially make sure that nobody's copy of QB is *ever* in "Host Multi-User Access" mode except for the server itself. They make it way too easy to do this on accident, and it drags things down by a significant amount.
Also, the standard things like "nothing slower than gigabit ethernet", fast connection, fast server with gobs of RAM and HD space, etc will all help as well.
